Commodore Lenara

It seems that some of my knowledge has increased recently thanks to comments and suggestions.

The big changes are that I aged Kat a bit and promoted her to Commodore (after all, she's commanding a dreadnought). I also changed her uniform badge from the Enterprise to one I created.
