Unused Concept - Flight Officer Alan Seldun

Alan Seldun was one of the first character designs I came up with after the Scarlet Corsair and Captain Rogers. His uniform is cobbled together from various content that I was surprised went together as well as it did. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, it wasn't the look I really wanted.
